PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly draw and push a washing cabinet from and to a casing, and to improve a sealing property when the washing cabinet is stored. SOLUTION: An upper lid 10 can be freely moved up and down by loose fit of a guide rod 13 to a guide cylinder part 14 and is energized upward by a tension coil spring 12. Rollers 24 are projected from both the side faces of a washing cabinet 2 and the upper lid 10 has a cam plate 16 extended outside both the side faces of the washing cabinet 2 while having a guide groove 16a. When pushing the washing cabinet 2 into a casing 1, the roller 24 to almost horizontally move is inserted to the guide groove 16a of the cam plate 16 and with moving along the inclination of the groove 16a applies force to the cam plate 16 for pushing down it. Thus, the upper lid 10 is moved down against the energizing force of the tension coil spring 12 and closes an opening 3 of the upper face of the washing cabinet 2.
