<p>A fitness apparatus for chest expansion and tension pulling mainly includes an arcuate support board, two oscillating rod bodies and one or more than one elastic bodies, wherein the central area on the external portion of the arcuate support board is soldered with an axle seat provided for pivotally conjoining two rotary pivot housings at the rear ends of the two oscillating rod bodies; two cotters respectively and pivotally position the two oscillating rod bodies onto the axle seat. The front end of the oscillating rod body is a grip rod while the middle rear segment thereof is disposed with a bush for housing one or more than one elastic bodies. When in operation, the arcuate support board pushes against and positions at the user's abdominal portion providing a stable point for force exertion. Therefore, the two oscillating rod bodies elastically expand and close in a smooth operation to avoid sport injury and sway so as to increase stability and correctly implement tension.</p> |
