<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide emergency toilet facilities which do not require excessive investment in plant and equipment and the like and can properly be used by many people without disturbances when an earthquake or a big fire occurs. SOLUTION: The emergency toilet facilities are provided with a wastewater septic tank 6 which clarifies the wastewater from a flush toilet 5, a wastewater outlet means 14 which discharges the wastewater from the flush toilet into an emergency wastewater reservoir 8 in case of emergency, the emergency wastewater reservoir 8 which reserves the wastewater discharged through the wastewater outlet means 14 and a wastewater feeding means 20 which feeds the wastewater reserved in the emergency wastewater reservoir 8 at a flow rate corresponding to the treating capacity of the wastewater septic tank 6, and the reservoir for the emergency toilet facilities.</p> |
