PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stabilizing an outflow of each electrolytic water outside by improving the discharge systems of each electrolytic water in electrolytic tank with a diaphragm to smoothen an inflow of each electrolytic water into each outlet. SOLUTION: In the electrolytic tank with the diaphragm, electrolytic chambers partitioned by a diaphragm 21 on an inner side of each electrode 24, 25 in a tank body 10 and electrolytic water chambers 11b, 12b which are communicated with the upper ends of each electrolytic chamber are provided, and each electrolytic water produced in each electrolytic chamber is allowed to be discharged outside from each outlet 11c, 12c through each chamber 11b, 12b, each 11c, 12c is positioned at the upper ends of each chamber 11b, 12b, and each chamber 11b, 12b with the gradually extended conditions from each outlet 11c, 12c is communicated with the upper ends of each chamber. |
