PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safer respiratory air supply device whose housing case is provided with resistances against vibration and shock. SOLUTION: This respiratory air supply device is characterized in that it has a carrying case for a cylinder filled with high-pressure oxygen for medical care, a means for reducing the pressure and a means for setting a flow amount, and is provided with a carrier cart as a means for transportation in addition to the vibration resistance as a buffering means between the above carrying case and the carrier cart.
