PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the conventional device where dilation and contraction of a blood vessel can't be accelerated, resulting in unsatisfactory circulation accelerating effect. SOLUTION: This privates blood circulation accelerating device is provided with an air heating means for heating the air applied to the privates, and a control means for controlling a temperature change condition to switch the air between a first temperature higher than the body temperature and a second temperature lower than the body temperature, and repeatedly switch to the first temperature and the second temperature alternately, whereby the heating and cooling effect is used to dilate and contract the blood vessel so as to obtain satisfactory circulation accelerating effect. The device is particularly effective to hemorrhoid (blind piles).
