PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeve for die casting of long service life which improves the effect of reinforcing a sleeve tip part of a tip ring, and prevents generation of collapsing chipping on a tip part of an inner cylinder formed of a ceramic. SOLUTION: The sleeve for die casting has a composite sleeve in which an inner cylinder formed of a ceramic is shrink-fitted and fixed to an inner surface of an outer cylinder formed of a high-strength and low thermal expansive metal, the tip ring with a refrigerant passage formed therein is shrink-fitted and fixed to an outer surface of the tip part of the composite sleeve, and the refrigerant passage is disposed in a surrounding manner around the tip part of the composite sleeve.
