PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polluted water purifying equipment capable of controlling a polluted water flow to a septic tank according to an oil pollutant concentration of the polluted water and capable of keeping a high purification efficiency in the septic tank. SOLUTION: The purifying equipment comprises a pump 1 to feed the polluted water, an oil-water separating tank 2 to separate a floating oil contained in the polluted water fed from the pump 1, the septic tank 4 to purify the polluted water from the separating tank 2, a pump 18 disposed between the separating tank 2 and the septic tank 4, a TOC(total organic carbon) meter 5 disposed between the separating tank 2 and the pump 18 to measure the oil pollutant concentration and a controller 19 to control the pump 18 upon receiving a signal from the TOC meter 5.
