PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage disposal equipment which makes a sanitary and smooth drainage possible by removing a solid of oil or the like existing in the filtered water. SOLUTION: This invention is related to a garage disposal equipment which discharges a crushed garbage entered from an entrance 31 into a dehydration screen 3 from a discharge port 33 installed at the upper end of the dehydrating screen 3 upon dehydrating and carrying it upward by rotating a conveying screw 5, and discharges the screened water by a discharge port 43. This garbage disposal equipment has a partition board 4 between the dehydration screen 3 side and the discharge port 43 side to separate the screened water of the dehydrating screen 3 between the dehydrated screen 3 side and the discharge port 43 side, and this partition board 4 has a communicating port to lead the screened water to the discharge port 43 side, the communicating port has a solid separation means which comprises a second dehydrating screen 6 set at the discharge port 43 side to separate a solid existing in the screened water and a second conveying screw 7.
