PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve appearance and the position recognition of a toilet in the night and also to improve the appearance of the toilet when covered. SOLUTION: At least one of outer components is composed of a light storage member. Since a cover 15 is provided by bonding and integrating a plurality of members composed of materials of different kinds in the direction of a plane, optical energy is stored in the light storage member, the appearance in the night or position recognition degree of a toilet seat system 13 is improved. Moreover, the cover 15 can be composed of members more than two kinds of different color tones or transparency.
