PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seed cracking inhibitor for beans, preventing the seeds of beans from being cracked. SOLUTION: This seed cracking inhibitor for beans is obtained by containing a nontoxic salt comprising a gluconic acid as an active ingredient. A bean- processed food is produced by using the seed cracking inhibitor for beans. A method for using the seed cracking inhibitor for beans is provided. |
