PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic water producing equipment capable of controlling pH values of both acid water and alkaline water irrespective of their produced amounts and capable of remarkably shortening a response time by its control. SOLUTION: The electrolytic water producing equipment producing the electrolytic water by electrolysis, wherein a pH detector 7 to detect physical values corresponding to the pH value of an acid water or an alkaline water produced in an electrolytic tank 4 is provided to control a current flowing between anode and cathode inside the electrolytic tank 4 so as to allow the output value of the pH detector 7 to meet a preset reference value. |
