PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for fitting pulpy tissue to a bone. SOLUTION: A fastening device comprises a fastener 10 and a fixture 15. The fastener 10 is provided with an expandable body and an expander pin. The expandable body is provided with a truncated conical shape terminal ending at the terminal surface and a proximal end cylindrical on the whole ending at the proximal end face. A central passage is penetrated through the expandable body and extended from the distal end face to the proximal end face. The tissue attaching device is provided with a mechanism using a suture for binding pulpy tissue to the bone.
