PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punching die that enables the point height of a punch blade adjustable without using any tool. SOLUTION: The punching die has a retainer collar 35 removably mounted on a punch head 32, a punch guide 30 rotatably mounted on the retainer collar 35 and a punch body 31 screwed in the punch head 32 guided through the punch guide 30. A resilient member 36 for positioning is wound around either the retainer collar 35 or the punch guide 30, and the resilient member 36 is made matable with a plurality of positioning slots 38 formed on either the punch guide 30 or the retainer collar 35.
