PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the workability for assembling the terminal of a facing material and to improve the frame strength by laying the facing material formed of a three-dimensionally structured textile fabric conforming to the curve of a seat frame, and forming the seat frame by extrusion molding followed by bending work. SOLUTION: A recessed locking groove part 22 is formed in the seat frame 21 formed of a pipe frame. A stepped part 22a is formed in the inner part of the recessed locking groove part 22. The locking piece 31a of a locking member 31 mounted on the terminal 25a of the facing material 25 is engagingly locked to the stepped part 22a in the locking groove part 22 of the seat frame 21. The facing material 25 is formed of a three-dimensionally structured textile fabric consisting of a surface foundation cloth 25 and back foundation cloth 27 of surface and back textile fabrics, and an intermediate layer 28. The locking member 31 is pressed to the locking groove part 22 by the elasticity of the terminal 25a of the facing material 25.
