PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of a mixed liquid between supplying ports filled with different probe solutions from each other in transferring a liquid ejecting device on producing a probe array. SOLUTION: A semiconductor tip constituting the probe array-producing liquid-ejecting device is provided by installing a water-repelling zone 3 at the surrounding of each of the supplying ports 6 at a surface for forming the opening port surface of the supplying port 6.
