PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage disposer no biting hard foreign matters by a cutting blade and a stationary blade to stop the rotation of a cutting blade rotary shaft even when the hard foreign matters are mixed in garbage. SOLUTION: In this garbage disposer, the garbage is fed into a disposal vessel 21 filled with a disposal material 1 decomposing the garbage, the garbage is cut by the cooperating work of the cutting rotary blade 31 attached to the cutting blade rotary shaft 3 freely rotatably provided in the disposal vessel 21 and the stationary blade 41 provided in the disposal vessel 21, the crushed garbage is mixed and agitated with the disposal treatment material 1 and the garbage is decomposed. The garbage disposer is provided with a moving and restoring means 5 moving the stationary blade 41 in a loaded direction when fixed loads or more are applied to the stationary blade 41 at the time of cutting the garbage by the cooperating work of the cutting blade 31 and the stationary blade 41 and automatically restoring the moved fixed blade 41 to an original position when the loads are released. |
