PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a large quantity of washing water from being discharged during washing. SOLUTION: A tank filter 28 is provided over a collecting hole 20a of a washing tank 20. Inside the washing tank 20, a pump filter 30 is provided to cover an inlet 20b communicated to a washing pump. The upper part of an overflow pipe 32 provided inside the pump filter 30 is protruded upward from a top plate 34 of the pump filter 30, and an inflow port 32, through which the washing water exceeding a prescribed water level flows in, is disposed higher than the upper face of the top plate by a prescribed height. Around the inflow port 32a of the overflow pipe 32, an inflow regulating member 40 is provided for regulating the inflow of washing water to the inflow port 32a.
