PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coffee with milk free from harsh taste and rough taste, having high quality and producible in high efficiency while decreasing the amount of sodium bicarbonate used in conventional method. SOLUTION: The method for producing a coffee or tea drink containing a milk component comprises the removal of dissolved gases from one or more liquids selected from a liquid before the addition of the milk component, a liquid containing the milk component and a liquid mixed with the milk component for preventing the coagulation, precipitation, clouding, or the like, of the drink.
