PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical sheath for inserting an endoscope allowed to be safely and easily inserted in an abdominal wall without a needle and a plug, and allowing a plurality of treatment instruments and endoscopes to be simultaneously operated in the pneumoperitoneum. SOLUTION: This medical sheath for inserting an endoscope as medical treatment instrument has a conduit having a plurality of lumens, a valve member housing part connected to the conduit, a pneumoperitoneum gas filling inlet fitted to the valve member housing part, a plurality of contractile balloons fitted to the conduit and provided in the circumferential direction, and a converter allowing a fine treatment tool to air-tightly conduct. In this tube, at least a part of the distal end of the conduit is raised.
