SOLUTION: In the self-traveling cleaner provided with a cleaning part for cleaning the surface of the floor, a means for moving the cleaning part and a means for driving the moving means, the user detects a plurality of positions by an instructing means for inputting a desired position to the self-traveling cleaner and performs cleaning while moving to a plurality of instructed positions.
