PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game medium lending machine improved in the mounting position movement of a bill validater. SOLUTION: A front panel 2 in the front upper part of this game medium lending machine 1 is provided with an opening part 8 having a dimension about 2 times the vertical dimension of a bill, and an insert port cover 3 having a bill insert port 9 substantially equal in size to the vertical dimension of the bill is mounted on the front surface thereof according to the height of the bill identification device 15 provided in the rear part. Since the vertical dimension of the opening part 8 of the front panel 2 has a room, the insert port cover 3 can be mounted according to the height of the identification device 15 within the room range without exchanging the front panel 2.
