PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and general-purpose irrigation equipment to be used in raising seedling in a condition of arranging a number of raising seedling boxes after seeded, and allowing for favorable raising seedling with slight growth variance. SOLUTION: This irrigator includes a first grip 5a around an axial extension line 4b of a pipe, extending in a straight-line manner, of a water sprinkling section 4 grippable for an operator by hand, a second grip 5b around a line 4c rectangular or nearly rectangular to the above axial extension line 4b grippable for the operator by hand, and a regulator 11 for regulating the quantity of water flowing to the water sprinkling section 4 at a pipe portion 10 through which the water sprinkling section 4 and a junction 2 communicate with each other.
