PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food and drink storing device suitable for storing and managing cooked food and drinks temporarily in a kitchen. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a storing part for storing the cooked foods and drinks, a food and drink detection means for detecting the foods and drinks stored in this storing part temporarily, a storing time measuring means for measuring the storing time of the foods and drinks detected by the food and drink storing means, and an informing means for giving information on the foods and drinks which have been stored in the storing part for a prescribed time or longer than this.
