PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a minute chemical reactor which can be mass-produced inexpensively by using a micro-machining technology including a photo- fabrication method and can change a reaction system freely corresponding to applications. SOLUTION: Minute chemical reaction modules 2A each constituted by including two inflow side passages 4 and 5 and two outflow side passages 6 and 7 which are connected to reaction passages 3 are arranged in the right-left direction in at least one layer 2 with the direction of respective reaction passages arranged in the front-rear direction of the layer, and a plurality of rows of the arrangement are formed in the front-rear direction. Between the front and rear rows, in the chemical reaction module on the rear row side, its two inflow side passages are connected to one outflow side passage of each of two modules arranged in the right-left direction on the front row side each through a minute valve 8. A reaction system can be changed freely by opening/ closing a minute valve, and a minute chemical reaction can be materialized corresponding to its purpose.
