PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel for assisting walking, which brakes a rotation of the wheel, instead of the push with a metal, a resin, and so on. SOLUTION: The wheel for assisting walking has a wheel 22, a wheel axis 21 inserted into the center of the wheel 22, a rotation axis 24a and an oil damper 24 which generates resistance responding to a rotation speed of the axis 24a and is fastened to the wheel 22. When the wheel 22 rotates, the rotation axis 24a does not rotate although the oil damper 24 rotates because the rotation axis 24a is connected to the wheel axis 21. Therefore, the rotation axis 24a rotates relatively to the oil damper 24 and generates resistance against the rotation of the wheel 24. Thus, the rotation of the wheel 22 can be braked. |
