The present invention is for a slotted floor which may easily be adapted to spaces of various sizes. The slotted floor is primarily intended to be used as box extension in cow-houses and stables comprises supporting beams (1) and battens (2) at right angle thereto which are mounted to the supporting beams (1) by means of distance pieces (3) which are in engagement with battens which bear on them. The distance pieces (3) are in engagement with longitudinal profiles (4) at the battens (2). The beams have one or more upward grooves (6) which are in engagement with corresponding protruding locking edges (7) at the bottom of the distance pieces (3). |
