Piston-rod 37 is pivotably connected to flexible arm 29 and its position thereon can be adjusted. The independent power drive is disconnected when a screw 33 triggers a switch 32. The screw is adjustable. Both the power drives are pneumatically operated. In operation after power drive 11 is stopped, power drive 36 indexes the torque spanner until arm 29 bends to allow screw 33 to operate switch 32.
