NOVEL DIAMINEDITHIOL DERIVATIVE, RADIOACTIVE RHENIUM OR TECHNETIUM COMPLEX THEREOF, COMPOSITION FOR TREATMENT OF LIVER CANCER CONTAINING THE RHENIUM COMPLEX AND LIPIODOL, AND KIT FOR PREPARATION

PURPOSE: A novel diaminedithiol derivative and its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, a radioactive complex of the derivative, a composition for the treatment of liver cancer and a kit for the preparation of the composition and the complex are provided, to improve the stability of the complex in lipiodol media, thereby allowing the accumulation rate of the composition in the liver cancer tissue to be increased and reducing the side-effect. CONSTITUTION: The diaminedithiol derivative and its pharmaceutically acceptable salt is represented by the formula, R2 to R14 are H or an alkyl group of C1-C5, or R4 and R5, A6 and R7, R8 and R9, and R11 and R12 can be oxo group (=O), respectively, and at least one among the groups is an alkyl group of C6-C24; R1 and R15 are H, or a thiol protecting group comprising benzoyl group, acetamidomethyl group, diphenylmethyl group, ethylaminocarbonyl group, t-butyl group, trityl group, and acetyl group, or R1 and R15 form S-S bond together; and n, p, and o are 1 or 2, respectively. The complex comprises the diaminedithiol derivative and a radioactive rhenium or technetium. The composition for the treatment of liver cancer comprises the complex of the diaminedithiol derivative and lipiodol.
