<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of recovering waste plastics and shredder dust in a recyclable form by subjecting these waste plastics and shredder dust to a supercritical water treatment under various reaction conditions in accordance with the natures of these waste, etc. SOLUTION: This apparatus consists of a supplying means 1000 for supplying respective classifying materials to a reacting means 2000 under the conditions of the supercritical water respectively suitable thereto, the reacting means 2000 for simultaneously treating these materials within a single pressure vessel and a recovering means 3000 for separating and recovering and materials formed in the reacting means 2000. The reacting means 2000 consists of the reaction vessel which is concentrically provided with barriers of a multiple cylindrical shape to divide the inside of the vessel to plural reaction chambers and the pressure vessel 220 for storing the same. The apparatus is capable of withstanding both of supercritical high-temp. high-pressure conditions and highly corrosive conditions. The apparatus is capable of recovering the waste plastics and dust in the recyclable form.</p> |
