By the method the polluted soil is treated by applying a nutritive substance for aerobic microbial flora of N/P type in oleophilic form. Then straw and hydrophilic nutritive substance of N/P/K type are applied, which are buried by mechanical mixing. Biological process is realized, wherein, after a few months, the hydrocarbon content is reduced under 500 mg/kg of the soil. The oleophilic nutritive substance is preferably in microemulsion of a solution of N/P salts in a fatty-soluble hydrocarbon solvent. 10 claims
