PNEUMATIC TIRE REINFORCED BEAD PORTION

PURPOSE: A pneumatic tire is provided to prevent accidents by preventing the separation of a bead portion when draining air from the tire. CONSTITUTION: A rubber lump(5) is installed under a bead(1). A carcass ply(3) is wound in the upper part, the side and the lower part of the rubber lump(5) sequentially. A flipper(4) is wound with the carcass ply. The movement of a bead is minimized by the carcass ply and the flipper. In losing air from the tire or traveling with lower pneumatic pressure, the bead portion of the tire is not separated easily without changing the efficiency of the tire.
