PURPOSE: A can with a straw to be extruded automatically using a principle of pneumatic is provided to store the straw in a more sanitary condition, and to improve the convenience of use of the straw. CONSTITUTION: The can is integrated with a straw(30) made of plastic materials such as PET. The straw is mounted in a straw mount(40) installed inside the can. The straw mount is made of same materials with the straw. As a can opener(10) is removed, the straw can be automatically extruded out of the can by a pneumatic pressure inside the can. The straw mount includes an upper wrinkled plate(90) closely contacting with an opening portion(20) to support it, and the wrinkled plate also serves to ensure smooth inflow of the outside air.
