PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a composite plastic having a charcoal and a material thereof which is used as a material of a mobile telephone, a computer, a television, etc., for preventing harmful electric waves are disclosed, respectively. CONSTITUTION: The method of manufacturing a composite plastic having a charcoal includes the first process of agitating 90% base resin of a shape of a chip or more and 10% charcoal powder or less. In the second process, the agitated compound of the base resin and charcoal mixed by the first process is melted at 190°C through 230°C. In the third process, the melted material of the compound in the second process is formed in a form of a bar or a plate by molding the melted compound. In the fourth process, the material molded in the third process is rapidly cooled by water, such that the compound material is hardened.
