PURPOSE: A silencer apparatus is provided to reduce noise generated from the operation of air former and effectively prevent defects of glass product, while simplifying structure and allowing the silencer apparatus to be easily installed. CONSTITUTION: A silencer apparatus comprises a clamp unit(20) arranged to be separatable from an air former(12); a holding unit(30) arranged to the lower portion of the clamp unit, in such a manner that the height of the holding unit is adjustable; a fixing unit for fixing the holding unit to the clamp unit; and a sound insulation unit(50) arranged to the holding unit, in such a manner that the sound insulation unit covers the upper portion of the air former. The clamp unit includes a first body and a second body(24) which are split into left and right sections, and have semi-circular connectors(24a) for connection with a connection pipe(14) of the air former; and a plurality of legs(28) extended downward from each of the first body and the second body so as to maintain horizontality of the clamp unit.
