PREPARATION METHOD OF FAR INFRARED RAY RADIATING AND WARMING DEVICE LIQUID COMPOSITION

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a far infrared ray radiating and/or warming device liquid composition are provided, wherein liquid composition is applied to the field comprising fiber, textile, medical materials, resins and paints. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of a far infrared ray radiating liquid composition comprises the steps of: (i) adding 15.0-30.0 wt% of sodium silicate, 2.0-10.0 wt% of sodium hydroxide, 3.0-10.0 wt% of potassium carbonate and 3.0-5.0 wt% of sodium carbonate to 50.0 wt% of distilled water at 40-100 deg.C, stirring the solution, adding 30.0-60.0 wt% of aluminum silicate to the solution and heating the solution to prepare 100.0-150.0 wt% of a primary solution; (ii) adding 10.0-25.0 wt% of aluminum hydroxide, 15.0-25.0 wt% of zirconium, 15.0-25.0 wt% of titanium, 10.0-15.0 wt% of silicon carbonate and 0.5-5.0 wt% of silver sulfate to 50.0 wt% of distilled water at 40-100 deg.C, and heating the solution to prepare 100.0-150.0 wt% of a secondary solution; and (iii) adding the secondary solution to the primary solution, stirring the solution mixture, maturing the solution of pH 9-12 at 100-230 deg.C, and drying the solution with radiant heat. The preparation method of a warming device liquid composition comprises the steps of adding 25.0-45.0 wt% of chromium hydroxide, 15.0-20.0 wt% of iron, 5.0-10.0 wt% of copper, 5.0-10.0 wt% of nickel and 5.0-15.0 wt% of aluminum to 50.0-70.0 wt% of distilled water at 40-100 deg.C; stirring the solution; and heating the solution at 100-230 deg.C.
