PURPOSE: A fixing device for a crossing portion of a wire rope for a falling stone arresting net is provided to be widely used to various sizes of wire ropes, and to improve the support force of the crossing portion as well as restrict the corrosion of that portion. CONSTITUTION: The fixing device for a crossing portion of a wire rope for a falling stone arresting net comprises a lower fixture(220) that first and second guide grooves(221a,221b) having different diameters and from which a plurality of bosses(223) are projected inward and that is drilled with a fastening hole(222) at corners; an upper fixture(210) that first and second guide grooves(211a,211b) having different diameters and from which a plurality of bosses(213) are projected inward and that is drilled with a fastening hole(212) at corners and a screw bore(214) through which a compressive bolt(215) for compressing the crossing portion of the wire rope is coupled; a fastener(230) to be inserted through the fastening holes of the fixtures; and epoxy charged in the upper and lower fixtures.
