PURPOSE: A clarifying method of livestock excrement is provided, which can clarify completely a large amount excrement in a short time by removing organic by high concentration microorganism, recovering untreated organic particle and MLSS by submerged membrane set, and by re-contacting with microorganism. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of feeding livestock excrement into water tank; screening and dewatering the mixed wastewater of the livestock excrement and water and discharging the screened impurities from the wastewater; heating the screened and dewatered wastewater up to 100 deg.C by high frequency electricity; primary cooling the heated wastewater to 60 deg.C; anaerobic high temperature digesting the primarily cooled wastewater by feeding oxygen-free air; centrifugal concentration of the digested wastewater before secondary cooling the centrifuged wastewater to 30 deg.C, the sludge generated from the concentration process being recycled to high temperature digesting process; activating microorganism contained in the secondarily cooled wastewater; separating the activated microorganism contained in wastewater by submerged membrane set before discharging the wastewater from which microorganism is separated.
