PURPOSE: A process of preparing a sweet rice dish(yakshik, Korean native name) by mixing glutinous rice powder without a glutinous rice granule with sugar, pure soy sauce, caramel sauce, etc. is provided which avoids the troublesome step of soaking in water for 12hr or more whenever making the sweet rice dish and steaming twice. CONSTITUTION: A glutinous rice is soaked in water, ground and stored in a refrigerator or mixed with sugar, pure soy sauce, caramel sauce, cinnamon bark powder, honey, and shredded jujube and chestnut, and then steamed for 10 to 20min. |
