PURPOSE: To provide a method and a device for detecting a concentration capable of accurately finding a solution concentration in a real time without any strict temperature control and to provide a chemical diluting and dispensing device contributing to reduction in costs and simplification of chemical diluting and dispensing work. CONSTITUTION: This concentration detecting method includes a process for measuring conductivity and a temperature of a solution and a process for finding a concentration of an objective substance in the solution from the conductivity and the temperature, and the concentration is determined by calculation based on the following equation: C=(D-aT-b)/(AT+B). Where, C represents a concentration of the objective substance, D represents conductivity of the solution at a temperature T, T represents a temperature of the solution, and A, B, a, b represent constants. |
