PURPOSE: A method and a system for servicing an inquiry of an air cargo are provided to reserve a new air cargo and supply current logistics information of reserved air cargo through an airline for users by analyzing an air cargo reservation keyword and an air cargo reservation number being inputted on an address input window of a web browser by a user. CONSTITUTION: A user executes a conventional Internet connection program stored in a PC and connects to the Internet(S11). If the user inputs a domain address of a web site for supplying an air cargo reservation and inquiring service, a server module loads a web page and reads general service contents with respect to an air cargo reservation and inquiring service from a database, and outputs the contents on a screen(S12). A log-in process and an authenticating process of the user are performed(S13). A server module downloads a client module application program to a client terminal of the user(S14). The user installs the client module application program in one's terminal and executes the program(S15). If the user inputs an air cargo reservation keyword and a reserved air cargo number on an address input window(S16), the client module judges whether the inputted contents are a reserved keyword or an air cargo number(S17). If the inputted contents are a reserved keyword, an air cargo reservation processor is executed(S18).
