PURPOSE: Provided are a device for diffusing solutions, particularly solutions containing active elements, such as insecticide, deodorant and disinfecting substances and the like and a method of manufacturing the device and an electric diffuser using the device. The device is efficient, effective and versatile. CONSTITUTION: The device for diffusion of solutions containing active elements includes a porous element(1) that is impregnated with the solution and a heating element to heat the porous element allowing evaporation of the active elements contained in the solution absorbed by the porous element(1), characterized in that the porous element(1) comprises the heating element in the form of a layer of resistive material(2) deposited on part of the outer surface.
