PURPOSE: A method for embodying a home network system with a simple structure is provided to simply and clearly embody a device command system by defining a simple home network data frame packet in case of connecting a plurality of information terminals and household appliances to a high-speed home network. CONSTITUTION: An IP(Internet Protocol) address is assigned by a DHCP(Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) server, and it is judged whether an IP address of a packet received from a network is identical to its IP address. If the IP address of the packet received from the network is identical to its IP address, a device code and a CRC(Cyclic Redundancy Check) of the packet is checked for judging whether the device is its device. If the device is its device, a command packet is transmitted to an application program for waiting for a response. If the device is not its device, the packet is transmitted to the IP device.
