<p>PURPOSE: Provided are a scratch tape product having improved light-shading property, which can be applied to a cyber lottery, a pre-paid card, a world phone card, an exchange ticket, and a process for producing the scratch tape product. CONSTITUTION: The scratch tape product(1) is produced by the process comprising the steps of: laminating a raw cloth layer(13) on a paper layer(11) by using an adhesive to form a base layer(10); spreading a UV coating solution on the base layer(10), irradiating light, and curing to form a UV coating layer(20); forming a light-shading layer(30) on the UV coating layer(20) by printing silver color ink, white color ink, and black color ink in order; spreading an aqueous coating solution on the light-shading layer(30) and drying to form an aqueous coating layer(40).</p> |
