PURPOSE: A compress band for low frequency diet is provided to facilitate the consumption of calorie of a subcutaneous fat layer around the waist and the belly by shaking the flesh of that region with low frequency waves. CONSTITUTION: The compress band for low frequency diet comprises a band(1) separably fixed around the waist of a user by using non-woven fabrics or fasteners; a power source fixed to the band; a low frequency generator(3); a micro-controller adjusting a strength and an operating time of low frequency; and a low frequency stimulation pad(5) connected to the low frequency generator through an elastic conductible cable(8) to transmit the generated low frequency to the skin of the user in order to repeatedly stimulate the skin.
