PURPOSE: A device and a method for an on-line cash withdrawal and a financial service using a multimedia terminal capable of performing an Internet work and a telephone call are provided to reduce a time and a cost by enabling a user to use a single terminal having an Internet search terminal, a public telephone, and a cash dispenser in a public space. CONSTITUTION: A user waits an on-line service request using an integrated service terminal(S100). It is judged whether an on-line service request of the user exists during a predetermined period(S110). If an on-line service request of the user exists, a telephone call such as a voice or video telephone call by a data process and a charge calculating service is serviced(S120). An Internet service such as a web browsing, E-mail, contents, an electronic commerce, and a charge calculating service is performed(S130). A financial service such as a user authentication and approval processing service according to transactions, services, and banks is performed(S140). It is checked whether a cash dispensing is supplied by the financial service(S150). If a cash dispensing is supplied, cash is output according to a requesting amount of money of the user(S160). A receipt is printed(S170) and supplied to the user.
