摘要 PURPOSE: A fermenting treatment method of food waste is provided, which can remove moisture and odor generated from fermentation chamber(1) by sucking and treating at refrigerator(7) and supply purified hot air to the fermentation chamber. During the treatment process for 24 to 48 hours keeping the circulating air temperature at 35 to 40 deg.C to completely ferment, the food waste is gradually decomposed thus losing odor. CONSTITUTION: The equipment comprises a fermentation chamber(1) to ferment food waste by agitating with a collection screw(3) and a push screw(4) which are installed on a rotation shaft(2); perforated plates(12,13,14) which are equipped with a heat supply part and a water discharge line to supply air heated to a required degree; a refrigerator(7) to which a dehumidifying coil(8) and heating coil(9) are installed to remove moisture and odor contained in the sucked air from the fermentation chamber and an air suction line(6); a heat supply header to suck the hot air from the refrigerator(7) and supply heat source to heat supply part through an air hose.
