PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thinner portable electronic medium and a manufacturing method of the portable electronic medium. SOLUTION: A dam 25 is adhered to a base material 20, and a resin 26 is applied thereto. A transparent sheet 27 is laid on the base material 20 with the resin 26 being applied thereto, the applied resin is developed by using a roller 28, the resin 26 is arranged flat, and the resin 26 is irradiated with ultraviolet rays and made to harden. In this way, the electronic medium 1 is completed, when the resin 26 is hardened. |
