SUBSTANCE: invention relates to assembling and welding fixtures and can be used for assembling and welding hollow articles of box section made of sheets with small size of cross section at large length of article. Mandrel consists of two triangular-section parts forming a rectangle split along diagonal in assembly. Bases of triangular profiles are provided with projections with tilter surfaces for engagement and they can be shifted relative to each other under action of screw. Screw is installed in bracket of one of parts for engagement with threaded hole of other part. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities owing to fitting of additional strips on side surfaces of mandrel for compensating difference in cross section sizes of different articles. 4 dwg |
