PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a procedure system capable of efficiently executing various procedures on-line through the Internet while conforming to various available forms of a person taking the procedure. SOLUTION: This procedure system communicating with a user through a network is provided with a storage means for storing data required for executing various procedures, a receiving means for receiving designation of procedure desired by the user through a medium selected by user among a plurality of media, an obtaining means for obtaining data related to the procedure designated by the user from the storage means, and a transmitting means for transmitting the data to the user by the medium selected by the user. |
